systems are:

- with basic email such as skipe, Facebook, yahoo etc you have quick and easy contact
The disadvantages of having a database system over paper
based systems are:
- Anyone can access your work unless you have strong
passwords and security
- You could get a
virus and it could lose all your work
- It can be expensive
- There is no human contact so you can be misunderstood
