A Nokia Lumia would help the company because the phone has a app called the Nokia drive, this is basically sat nav.
this would help the company because then company can track the driver via the app to make sure they are not skiving.
The site for the Nokia Lumia has this to say "The Lumia 800 has everything you need to stay productive on your travels ... Use Nokia Drive to get turn-by-turn directions to your next meeting. And when you need a break, pull up a city guide and see all the cool stuff happening in your area." so not only will it help the company to show that they are not skiving but it will also help as a useful sat nav, so that you don't get lost.

The photographer could just use the broadband in his house and email it to his office but when on location he could use 3G.  you could use a picture message but it coasts.
