social issues can be avoided by ignoring the people you don't like and blocking communications with other people who mean harm its very simple you if you want to go one step further you can block them or file a report  then the company in charge should take care of the problem.

the law says that you can not hack so to stop them have encrypted files and make sure that you have more than one password.

Google cloud storage but than it would be a bit slower than sending a picture message.
also it  has good quality. The picture message does not have that many  pixels so the image is not great quality. The Google cloud storage takes the image with no image distortion however the picture message takes a big picture and converts it into a smaller image with less pixels so the image is not the same quality as when you sent it.

How do protocols and devices keep data safe?

The way to keep your devices safe is simple you just need to be careful what you do, for example you should change your password regularly so if in a case that you do get hacked, you will still be safe and they can not do as much damage as they would have done if they knew it permanently. Also be wary if you give out your vital information that no one is around that could use against you or you do not trust.  Be careful when you access your email or whatever you need to keep safe make sure you log out because some websites will leave you logged in for the future but someone else could access it.

A Nokia Lumia would help the company because the phone has a app called the Nokia drive, this is basically sat nav.
this would help the company because then company can track the driver via the app to make sure they are not skiving.
The site for the Nokia Lumia has this to say "The Lumia 800 has everything you need to stay productive on your travels ... Use Nokia Drive to get turn-by-turn directions to your next meeting. And when you need a break, pull up a city guide and see all the cool stuff happening in your area." so not only will it help the company to show that they are not skiving but it will also help as a useful sat nav, so that you don't get lost.

The advantages and disadvantages of database systems over paper based systems.

The advantages of having a database system over paper based systems are:

  • you do not need to worry about  storage
  • your work can be recovered from any where
  •      you can update your work
  •  a paper system can suffer damage
  •    you could be re-ordered with a single click
  •     you can easily search it
  • with basic email such as skipe, Facebook, yahoo etc you have quick and easy contact

The disadvantages of having a database system over paper based systems are:

  •    Anyone can access your work unless you have strong passwords and security
  • You could get a virus and it could lose all your work
  • It can be expensive
  • There is no human contact so you can be misunderstood
